Full-automatic brick setting machine is mainly used for automatic palletizing of brick in tunnel kilns, and it adopts advanced PLC central control. Walk rotating uses frequency conversion control, and the lifting, separating brick use hydraulic control, so it has the features as energy-efficiency, easy to maintenance, low cost, reliable running, and etc. Besides, full-automatic setting system represents the most advanced level internationally at present. Full-automatic brick setting machine is mainly composed of special bar cutting machine, brick cutting machine, brick separating machine, brick clamping machine, running system, lift system, rotating system, hydraulic system and electrical system, etc. Full-automatic brick setting machine's workflow: When the brick cutting machine push the cut brick on the brick separating plate, brick separating cylinder will stretch out, and separate the brick separating plate open to joint the brick. And the lifting cylinder will decline after completion of brick jointing. When chuck arrives at the scheduled clamp brick position, chuck fixture begins to work. It clamp up the brick, then lifting cylinder lift chuck to scheduled height, brick separating cylinder stretches out and opens the air duct between bricks, walking device drives brick setting machine walk to right above of kiln car, rotating device accomplishes 90 degree turns. Then lifting cylinder drops to schedule putting billet height, chuck fixture opens to put billets in kiln car. Setting machine puts a layer, and rotates a layer, forming a cross. Through the cycle of the above operations, you can complete the whole stacking process of kiln car. All these functions of bricking setting machine can realize the automation of bricking setting machine through the advanced PLC frequency and the electric centralized control.
